The Wood Structures commitment to superior service starts with quality assurance when we select our premium-grade lumber and Mitek® connector plates.  From then on, it's a commitment that never quits-one that maximizes technology, such as Mitek 20/20® design software, to create higher value for our customers and their customers, who are primarily contractors.

Seeing the details-from selecting appropriate grades and species of lumber to having in-house engineering and design capability--is part of our pledge to ensure the highest possible quality and the most effective application of truss technology.

At WSI, going the extra mile is evident with every delivery of our products.  We:

• self-unload deliveries to the job site
• individually label trusses to simplify installation
• identify all special bearing locations
• prominently tag lateral bracing requirements
• display the BOCA approval stamp on all trusses
• assemble multi-ply girders at our plant and deliver them installation-ready
• provide all TPI-recommended handling and bracing requirements
• mark all trusses with the Wood Structures brand
